Are you the official Zsiska Australia distributor?
No, Jewellery on Sale sells 100% genuine Zsiska products but we are not the Australian distributor. You can contact the official Zsiska Australia distributors by visiting http://zsiskaaustralia.com.au/
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $14.00 per order around Australia. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping.
We also ship to New Zealand $28.95 and Singapore, Canada, UK and US at a fixed cost of $49.95 with registered post. Orders over $200 for NZ and $275 other countries will receive free shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship using Australia post. Please allow between 1 to 7 business days in all metro areas. Country areas may expect a little longer.
Does the Zsiska Jewellery come in the original Zsiska packaging?
All of our Zsiska Jewellery are guaranteed to be new and genuine. They will be shipped complete with the genuine original packaging including the Zsiska Tag as supplied to us by Zsiska distributor.
What if I receive a faulty item?
In rare cases during delivery, the jewellery may be damaged in transit. In this case, we will exchange or refund the purchase on return of the faulty good.
Can I return an item if I have changed my mind?
As all our items are on Sale, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In this case we will replace or refund the item.
Can I exchange an item?
We will happily exchange an item or issue a credit note, if claimed within 7 days of delivery to you. Items for exchange must be in ‘as sold’ condition: complete, unaltered, unworn and in original packaging. Any jewellery that pierces the skin (such as earrings) cannot be exchanged.
What if I don’t have PayPal?
PayPal is a secure and safe way to shop online. If you do not have a PayPal account, that is OK, you can still make a secure credit card payment by selecting the “Pay with a credit or debit card” option when directed to the secure PayPal payment system.
What material does Zsiska use?
All jewellery is handmade. Zsiska works with resin in combination with precious materials such as 24K gold leaf, pure silver leaf and Swarovski elements. These combinations makes a stunning and desirable jewellery your friends will envy.
